What is Nachman Consulting?

Nachman Consulting is a small business financial consulting firm specializing on helping other small business owners and entrepreneurs with various financial needs.

Founded by Andrew Nachman in 2004, Nachman Consulting was created to help other small business owners who have the entrepreneurial spirit but not necessarily the financial expertise to answer the questions necessary to ensure a successful business endevour. Whether it is investigating a new business acquisition, performing a financial analysis, or finding the correct price point for your company's new product line, Nachman Consulting offers financial consulting at a reasonable rate.

Projects include:

1) Acquisition Analysis - due diligence, valuation, deal structuring

2) Fund Raising / Business Plan Development / Financial Modeling

3) Financial Management - anything from low level bookkeeping functions, budgeting, business analysis to full blow outsourced CFO functions

4) Business Sales Services - i.e. helping create presentable financials, clean up books, and draft prospectus for selling a business (though we are not brokers)

5) Personal Financial & Investment Management - we are not money managers, but we help clients make allocation decisions for their assets, do tax planning and other personal financial planning.

We are open to all size projects and clients, though we love working with small budding entrepreneurs. We have considerable experience in health care, medical practices, high-tech, travel and hospitality, telecom as well as other industries.
